Cardinal Burke Calls Iran "Bloodthirsty" and a "Nuclear Threat"

U.S. Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke has downplayed reports of growing tensions between the Vatican and the U.S. administration of Donald Trump.
In an interview with IlGiornale.it on April 11, he stated that “the narrative of an ongoing clash is exaggerated”. Leo XIV “has invited everyone to work for peace, as he rightly should.”
Regarding the attacks and bombings of Iran, Cardinal Burke thinks: “One may have differing views on how to address the problem, but one certainly cannot think that the situation in Iran was good prior to the attacks by the United States and Israel. I believe that, in his view, Trump also has peace as his goal - meaning he seeks to restore internal peace in Iran and in its relations with other nations. This is because the regime represents a nuclear threat to both its neighbors and others.”
He also added that he prays “for the freedom of the Iranian people, who have suffered for too many years at the hands of the ayatollahs’ regime.”
Cardinal Burke continued: “…Ibindi

The good Cardinal forgets who put the first ayatollah in power. Sad, because he’s old enough to know. What values is the West going to bring to Iran? Abortion and the sexual letters of the alphabet? It’s surely not democracy. Pray for peace, justice and good will to prevail.

Before Seminaries Were Simplified: The Step by Step Making of a Priest Before the Second Vatican Council
Let’s just sit down and walk through this slowly, because this is one of those topics where modern Catholics hear the terms and think “yeah I kind of know that,” but when you actually unpack it, it’s way more structured, way more ancient, and honestly way more intense than people realize.
So first, you have to understand that in the traditional life of the Church before everything got streamlined after Second Vatican Council becoming a priest wasn’t just “go to seminary, get ordained.” It was a step by step ascent through what were called the minor orders and major orders, almost like climbing a ladder, and each rung actually did something to you spiritually and liturgically.
You didn’t just wake up one day as “Father.” You were formed into it, layer by layer.
It all began with TONSURE. Now this is something most Catholics today have never even seen. Tonsure was the rite where …Ibindi

The Exact Moment Jesus Rose From the Dead: What Really Happened Inside the Tomb on Easter Morning
Let’s talk about the Resurrection today. But I don’t want to just talk about the broad theological concept, I want to get into the absolute, gritty, miraculous reality of how Jesus actually rose from the dead at that precise millisecond on Easter morning.
If you’re a Catholic and you’re curious about the literal mechanics of the Resurrection, you really need to understand what the Tradition of the Catholic Church actually teaches. And what’s absolutely fascinating is how modern science is actually coming around to back this up. We have to get past this modernist, flannel-graph Sunday School version of the Resurrection and look at the deep tradition.
First things first: Jesus didn’t just wake up, stretch, unwrap Himself, and walk out of the tomb like Lazarus. Look at the raising of Lazarus. Christ stands outside the tomb and says, “Lazarus, come out!” and the guy basically shuffles out,…Ibindi

Divine Mercy Chaplet
Join us in praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet led by Maria Vargo, who plays Saint Faustina in our upcoming movie, Heart of Mercy. Prayed on ordinary rosary beads, The Chaplet of The Divine Mercy is an intercessory prayer that extends the offering of the Eucharist, so it is especially appropriate to use it after having received Holy Communion at Holy Mass. It may be said at any time though is typically prayed at 3 PM, the Hour of Great Mercy. Our Lord specifically told St. Faustina to recite it during the nine days before the Feast of Mercy (the first Sunday after Easter). He then added: "By this Novena, [of Chaplets] I will grant every possible grace to souls."

Leo XIV Appoints French Bishop who Replaced 'Mother' and 'Father' in Baptism Register

Today, Pope Leo XIV appointed Monsignor Joseph de Metz-Noblat as the Bishop of Verdun in France.
Born on 6 February 1959 in Cherbourg, he studied civil law, philosophy, and theology. He obtained a licentiate in canon law from the Institut Catholique de Paris, and was ordained as a priest for the Diocese of Verdun in 1987. Leo XIV seems to favor the appointment of pro-homosexual canon lawyers.
Public Profile
In 2014, Francis appointed Monsignor Metz-Noblat as Bishop of the little-known diocese of Langres, in eastern France.
The anti-Catholic magazine Golias described him once as "turning to literature... and terribly bored". He avoids the limelight and is reluctant to take strong public positions.
However, he has been involved in one controversy: the baptism register reform in the French church.
2018 Proposal
In December 2018, as president of the French bishops’ Council for questions of Canon Law, Bishop Metz-Noblat proposed changing baptismal records from 'father/mother' to 'parents or …Ibindi

FROM POLAND TO THE WHOLE WORLD -The image of the Merciful Jesus on land, sea, and in the air, so that all nations may convert to God and peace may reign on earth !

Z POLSKI NA CAŁY ŚWIAT ! | Iskra Bożego …
On the Feast of Divine Mercy, April 12, 2026, a day of great grace for all people, especially sinners, by land, sea, and air, among the crews of airplanes, sea vessels, land vehicles, and among all people, we will once again begin the pilgrimage of images of the Merciful Jesus around the world, so that all nations may convert to God and peace may reign on earth !
We invite you to take with you images of the Merciful Jesus and, in communion with all those who pray for the above intentions, recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy or the Ascension Prayer. “O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us – We trust in You.” (Diary 187), entrusting the affairs of the world and our personal concerns to the Lord Jesus.
May the image of the Merciful Lord Jesus be His presence in our lives, at work, at school, while traveling, in moments of joy and difficulty.
There are numerous testimonies of people who carried …Ibindi

MODLITWA za OJCZYZNĘ :
Boże, Stwórco wszystkiego co istnieje
i Ojcze całej rodziny ludzkiej,
Ty powołałeś Ojczyznę naszą, Polskę,
do przekazania światu iskry Bożego Miłosierdzia,
przygotowującej na powtórne przyjście Twojego Syna.
Zmiłuj sie, Panie nad nami,
bośmy nie okazali się godni Twego wybrania.
Zbrodnie i zdrada, kłamstwo i niewierność, pycha, egoizm i lenistwo
w La Salette, Lourdes, Gietrzwałdzie, Fatimie, Akita
upadamy, Panie, na kolana nasze i chwytamy za różaniec,
zawierzając siebie samych i braci naszych.
Boże i Panie nasz! Ty, który jesteś Sprawiedliwością ale i Miłosierdziem,
błagamy Cię: Zmiłuj się nad nami.
Tobie zawierzamy losy naszej Ojczyzny,
jej teraźniejszość i przyszłość;
każdą rodzinę, każdego człowieka, …

Leo XIV Stuffed Media Dicastery with 🌈 Personnel

On April 9, 2026, the Holy See Press Office announced that Pope Leo XIV appointed the listed figures as members of the Dicastery for Communication:
Curia Cardinal Luis Tagle, 68, Philippines
He is considered emotionally instable and holds pro-homosexual views: “The harsh words that were used in the past to refer to homosexuals and divorced and separated people, the unwed mothers, et cetera, in the past they were quite severe,” Tagle told a Catholic youth conference in London in 2015.
In 2017, he led a social media initiative in the Philippines called the Lazarus Project, to call for homosexual acceptance in churches. In 2019, he called on Catholic youth to stop discriminating against homosexual people.
Furthermore, Cardinal Tagle believes that there is no all-encompassing answer to adultery: “Every situation for those who are divorced and remarried is quite unique. To have a general rule might be counterproductive in the end.”
